I have decided to run as a participant in the Citizens Clean Elections for my term as superintendent.
I need 1,650 – $5 contributions in order to qualify for funding.
If you are willing to help, please send your contribution to the address listed at the bottom of the form. You can download the form at the link below.
One form needs to be completed for every person making a contribution. If you are responding as a couple, you can send one check with both signatures, but still need to send a form for each contributor.
If you can get others to help, please have them come to my website and contribute to my campaign.
